REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


At The Fifth Corner, all purchases are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are unable to provide a cash on delivery option currently. All payments must be made online, in order to confirm the order.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • For other issues, you must raise the complaint within 48 hours of delivery as well.
  • We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or 'circumstances beyond our control' - force majeure events.
  • TheFifthCorner reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  • We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible.
  • Return and Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs.
  • If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original packaging.

Exceptions:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/video proof

  • We will provide a replacement or refund

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
